Skär kycklinging som så jämnt som möligt, then cut into small dice. Mix the marinade ingredients with 1 tablespoon water and put off to the side. Chop the green onions into dice, finely chop the ginger and garlic. Remove seeds from the chilis. Mix the sauce in a smallish bowl. Heat the wok to smoking. Cook the chilis in the wok until they are dark but not burnt, remove from wok if necesary. Next, put the chicken in the wok in the high heat and keep it moving. Once the pieces of chicken stop sticking together, add the ginger, garlic, and scallions and keep cooking until it tastes good and the chicken has been cooked through. Add the sauce and continue to cook. Once the sauce is thick and shiny, through in the peanuts, mix and serve.
